we grow again! Centra Credit Union has an exciting opportunity
for an assertive, professional individual with proven leadership skills
to join our management team. We will soon be opening a new branch
in the Edinburgh area and are seeking a Branch Manager to lead the
growth and development of this new location. This new location
will offer expanded hours for our members so they can receive personal
service seven days per week.
Previous financial
industry experience is preferred. We are seeking an individual with
excellent customer service, sales, supervision, communication, and PC
skills. A degree, or equivalent combination of education and
experience will be considered.
Assistant Branch Manager
Centra
Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for an assertive, professional
individual with proven leadership skills to join our management
team. This assistant manager would assist in leading the growth
and development of one of our branches in Southern Indiana, ensuring
efficient day-to-day operations and attaining set goals.
This branch is located in a retail environment and is open seven days
per week.

Member Service Associate

seeking. We are looking for professional individuals to fill Member Service Associate positions.
These positions will represent the credit union in performing member
service associate duties, opening new accounts, handling member
inquiries, and providing exceptional member service. Previous
experience in cash handling, customer service, and a High School
Diploma or equivalent are required.
Southern Indiana Mortgage Loan Originator
Centra Credit Union is seeking an influential team
player to become a Mortgage Loan Officer in our Southern, Indiana
market. The candidate must be sales oriented, have attention to
detail, and be member-focused. Only candidates with
Mortgage Loan Origination experience will be considered. The
responsibilities of the position are:
- Interviewing and counseling members regarding residential mortgage and consumer products
- Cross-selling other credit union loan and deposit products
- Developing and maintaining relationships with realtors, builders and vendors
- Attending real estate community meetings and participating in special promotional events to promote the credit union
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree
- 2 – 5 years related experience/training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Mortgage Originating Experience
Member Call Center Representatives
Centra Credit Union is seeking professional individuals to become part of our Member Call Center team located in Columbus. Full time and part time positions are available. Ideal candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, telephone skills and computer knowledge. He /she should enjoy developing relationships with members and be able to identify and recommend appropriate products and services to them. Previous call center and/or financial institution experience preferred. Attention to detail, the ability to communicate effectively in a fast paced environment, and flexibility are crucial for this position.
