How Do I Logon To CentraLink?

Simply click the login link in the top right corner of any page on our web site to go to the secure login page.
Alternatively, you can go to https://centralink.org and click the
login link from there to be taken to the login screen.
Note: Your CentraLink password is case sensitive and should be protected
in the same manner that you protect your ATM password.
Note:Your session will be automatically logged off after 10 minutes of inactivity,
and your account will disabled after 180 days. of inactivity.
To enhance security, the CentraLink login procedure is changing to add Multi Factor Authentication (MFA). Click here for more information about Multi Factor Authentication and CentraLink.
Are There Any Fees For Using CentraLink?

No. CentraLink is free to Members of Centra Credit Union. In addition, our Online Billpayer service is free, with a $4.95 monthly fee charged only when a member who has signed up for the service has not paid at least one bill in any 90 consecutive days.
Does CentraLink Require Special Software?

CentraLink is an Internet-based product that requires only that you have a web browser
and an Internet connection. The product is compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer version
4 and above and with Netscape Navigator version 4 and above. While the product has been listed
as compatible with both Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator, we have observed that our
Members have had the greatest success using the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
