What is CO-OP Network?
CO-OP Network gives you surcharge-free access to your money! Through your membership in a credit union participating in CO-OP Network, you have access to your money at more than 20,000 surcharge-free ATMs across the United States and Canada.

What is a surcharge?
Many banks impose a "convenience" fee for using their ATMs, typically $1.50 or more. In fact, it's getting harder and harder to find surcharge-free ATMs.unless you are one of the millions of credit union cardholders who have surcharge-free access to ATMs across North America displaying the CO-OP Network logo.

When a Centra Credit Union member performs a CO-OP Network ATM transaction does it count as a foreign transaction?
No.

Should there ever be a situation where a foreign fee or surcharge fee be charged to a Centra Credit Union member for performing a CO-OP Network ATM transaction?
No. If a fee does show up, contact a member services representative as soon as possible and we will correct it.

Who belongs to CO-OP Network?
Only credit unions belong to CO-OP Network, which means more than 24 million credit union members across the U.S. have access to the CO-OP Network of ATMs.

How do I find a CO-OP Network ATM?
The 20,000 CO-OP Network ATMs are located at participating credit unions, as well as in airports, malls, shopping centers, movie theaters, grocery stores, department stores, etc. Just look for the CO-OP Network logo, use our online ATM Locator, or call 888-SITE-COOP to find a location near you.
